Basically correct but a bit too long for me and you had two spelling mistakes.


I would write:

We have recalculated our cost based on the quoted prices of materials but
they seem to be a little bit too high for us. Consequently I ask you to
decrease your prices of each item to E 600.

No "s" at the end of Price"s": Consequently I ask you to decrease your price of
each item to E 600.

It's good but begging. Never beg in price negotiations with your suppliers.
First I would get rid of "a little bit".
Secondly, instead of writing "decrease yor prices of each item to E600"
it sounds better if you write "adjust your prices down to E600 for each item"
Thirdly if "WE recalculated...." then "...WE ask..."
