i have no idea! the context is:" And what is his secret key with a heart

Terrible!
Is that Hardy? Even here, the context is too narrow for me; it could well
be 'mumbling' some sentimental tosh about the heart's desire, in which case
'the floor' is like 'floor of the jungle' for hunters to 'read' or interpret
with all that 'krzyzujace sie slady, ktore trudno odczytac'... or - a council
meeting & people's right to taking the floor... that's a bit stretching, innit?

A do czego jest uzywany jego tajemniczy klucz z sercem? Sprawa jest otwarta do interpretacji/mozna to roznie interpretowac, ale przypuszczam, ze jego zona nie bylaby zbyt szczesliwa wiedzac o tym.
