I don't know Polish terminology, but I can give you an
idea of what those things mean.

Stock Appreciation Right = the right of the emploee to
receive compensation, usually cash, equal to the
appreciation in value of the corpotate stock between the
date of the right's grant and the date of the right's
exercise, multiplied by the amount of stock granted.

Option Granted = as in option granted on Januarry 10 to
be exercised on January 9 the following year.

Option outstanding = option to be paid (it is outstanding
from the employer's point of view).

      Vested = held, protected.

Vesting options = a set of vesting plans describing how
the transfer of dues from the employer to the employee
takes place. (Or the options, that is perks, that are
      subject to vesting)
For example, the employer contributes to the employee's
pension plan. Let's say that the contributions are 50%
vested after 3 years of employment, 100% vested after 5
years of employment. This is a vesting option. If the
employee quits in his fourth year of employment, the
employer transfers 50% of the contributions to the employee.
An alternative vesting option might be 20%-vested after
one year, 40% after two years, 60% after three years, 80%
after four, 100% after five. According to this plan, the
employee who leaves the employer in his second year of
employment receives 20% of what the employer has
contributed on the employee's behalf; the employer keeps
      the balance.
