Co oznacza tha'

Czytam sobie ostatnio trochę w oryginale i natrafiłem na słowo którego nie
mogę znaleźć w żadnym z moich słowników.
Tym słowem jest tha' (z apostrofem). Domyślam się, że oznacza ono po prostu
you, ale jest archaizmem. Czy możecie to sprawdzić.

You're right about it being 'you'. It's spoken English from the North, in
particular Yorkshire e.g. "Tha' a right idiot, thee". It's not archaic, though.
It's common spoken language. "Kes" by Barry Hines is a good place to find more
of this stuff.

Hmmm... I wonder. Doesn't tha' mean "that" in spoken English? particularly
common for Cockneys (omission of t, d, h and so on). And in that sentence you
gave as an example "thee" means "you".
