Podekscytowany wczorajszym sukcesem - potrzebne mi
zdanko zostało przetłumaczone błyskawicznie na dwa
sposoby - ośmielam się ponownie prosić o pomoc. Tym
razem mam aż 3 zdania. Nienawidzę tego biurokratycznego
języka...!

1. opracowanie przetargu na agencję
2. duże doświadczenie w zakresie zakupów usług finansowych
3. świetne rozeznanie w środowisku dostawców

Dla mnie albo to jest bardzo wyrwane z kontekstu albo nie
ma sensu po polsku. Jeśli ma nie mieć sensu również po
angielsku :) to możesz wpisać np. "agency".

Napisz, co to ma w ogóle znaczyć, bo aż jestem ciekaw.
Chodzi o umowę agencyjną? Czy o opracowanie dla jakiejś
agencji? A może jeszcze coś innego?

Depends if it was your agency that bid, or if you were the one inviting
tenders. In the first case, I would say "preparation of tender". In the
second case "preparation of tender invitation". The word "design" somehow
doesn't click with the word "tender", but it may be just my personal
preference :)

Fine in principle. If I were very picky, I would say "great experience" is a
bit colloquial (omigod, how do you spell that??). If this phrase is going in
a CV, I would say "substantial experience" or something equally impressive :)))

"orientation" to me means more spacial awareness or even preference (as in
political orientation). I would say simply "excellent knowledge of suppliers"
or "suppliers' market".

I was close to write "design of a call for a tender". It
sounded better for me, but it'd have been quite a loose
translation. Sad to say that, I didn't even think of
"preparation" :/

I had wrote "excellent" first, but then changed it after
translating the last phrase.

I didn't like "orientation" at the first glance too, but
found no enjoyable synonyms and decided to leave it.

It seems that if I had concentrated I could have done it
at least a little better :)

need that little extra je ne sais quoi to push you into the "native-like"
competency.

contrary, I appreciate it very much! I strive to master
my skills in English and your comments really help me a lot.

So, if one day I start resembling a native Englishman
(for example by driving on left here in Warsaw) you'll
have your share in it :)

Forgot to mention why I like it

I like it because it's a certain type of paraphrase. It
reminds me of a Russian expression "слава Богу" 'thank
God' that has religious roots, but was then adopted into
the common language. During the period of communism, the
expression was not dropped, but it changed in writing so
that the god was decapitalised. Nowadays, it is again
more popular to write God with a capital letter. It's
funny because depending on how one writes this particular
phrase, you can make a guess on his attitude. In Czech,
there's a quite similar situation with "Sbohem!" and "S
Bohem!" (both of which mean 'Goodbye!').

I wouldn't rather use any of those. However, it's
interesting that "omigod" happens to be such a niche
expression.

BTW I'm not a girl (nor yet a woman ;) In my People's
Republic of Northern Banana (the state that I'm the
president of), women can be promoted no higher than to
the post of El Secretary. Even if women had the right to
stand for election, it wouldn't change much because I'm a
popular dictator always winning all the plebiscites with
a record frequency :)
