Hello,
I work in UK and very often when I meet familiar English people, they say
'You're right?', what would be the best answer? ( you're right? as well?)
Sometimes when some person is a bit far from me and she/he whisper 'you're
right?' I answer just ' I'm fine' and I feel that this person expects
something else :) . Is it unkindly to not ask about her/him?
I hope that you know what I mean :)
Regards

Yes, I think I know what you mean.. some English people say 'You
alright?' meaning 'how are you' and you could reply 'yes, I'm cool'
or 'Im good' ... 'im fine' and so on.. :)
