          It's something to do with credit rating, but don't recall what.

              The D&B Rating System uses a two-part code to represent a firm's financial
              strength and composite credit appraisal. A Rating is assigned based on a book
              financial statement submitted by the company.
              Financial strength is based upon tangible net worth (that is, shareholder’s
              funds, less any intangible assets). The Composite Credit Appraisal is an
              evaluation based upon several factors, including financial condition, payment
              record, profitability and management experience.
