Help! Pomóżcie mi znależć tytuł książki

Kiedyś, bardzo dawno temu czytałam fajną książkę, zbiór niesamowitych opowiadań, z których zapamiętałam tylko dwa. Pierwsze: facet miał sen, od wielu lat ten sam - podjeżdża pod dom z czerwonej cegły, wchodzi do niego i zdarza mu się tam coś strasznego. Po wielu latach sen stał się jawą, podjechał samochodem pod dom z czerwonej cegły i.... w nocy ujrzał jakąś zjawę przy łóżku. Drugie: Ktoś wszedł w nocy do kuchni i zobaczył dwie dziecięce
rączki jak myją się pod kuchennym kranem. TYLKO dłonie, dalej nic.
Internet to wielka siła! Może ktoś ma JAKIEKOLWIEK skojarzenia, bo ja więcej nie pamiętam a opowiadania były naprawdę super! Strasznie straszne! Chętnie do nich wrócę.
