Dear Ann Landers: I recently learned that our 20-year-old daughter, a beautiful
and talented college student, is currently in a lesbian relationship. I am
heartbroken and shocked by this. If her father finds out, it will kill him.

I am hoping and praying that this relationship will not last and that she will
straighten out and get married. I love my daughter, but if she is truly a
lesbian, it will be hard for me to love her as I did before. Can you help me? --

something she chose. She was born to be attracted to members of her own sex.

NO,no,no.... This woman was NOT born this way, this
is a lifestyle of CHOICE, not by birth, but a
lifestyle of choice. And she has chosen the wrong
lifestyle.

Again, the Holly Bible clearly states that "... a
union of marrage, shall consist of one man and one
woman." It dosen't say anything else, the Holly Bible
is extreamly clear on this, I wish, for your sake, you
would clearly change your lifestyle and ask God for
forgivness for the wrong you are commiting in the
relationship that you are currently in.

I will pray for you, and oray that you have a change
of heart, and change your lifestyle before it is too
late for you. I am sorry that you are in this
relationship, but I hope that you change your
relationship, find a man, get married and rasie a
large family of 2,4,6 or more children in a proper
relationship of one man and one woman, ONLY!

As for AnnLanders, her views on this subject are not
only wrong, but there against God's wishes for his
children. And we, including you, are one of God's
children.And AnnLanders, for her views on this
subject, will more than likly go to hell and rot there

What about people from other religions? Who is to say other people's beliefs
are right or wrong? Why do religions want people to stamp out other religions
and believe that their way is the only way? Why does there have to be a God at
all?

What does God want people who are born of both sexes? Did you know that 1 in
every 1000 live births a baby is born of both sexes? The doctors then alter the
child to the sex that seems to be the most functional? What about those people
as adults? What if the doctors choose the wrong gender? Why can't people be
born to love the same sex? Love is the greatest power human have.

I belive that I can answer your questions.. (What
about people from other religions? )
If you were to check with others of other Christian
religions you would more than likely find that they
are a splinter religion, as from what it was taught
from by, ourt Lord and Master Jesus Christ, that he

But if you were to live your life in accourdance with
the Holly Bible you would see that the "Altertinative
lifestlye" you are living is not correct and in
incorrect. And that you are being infulanced by the
devil, and it is wrong.

to my religion, but I do want to convert you to A
religion that is influanced by the Holly Bilbe and
influanced by God. And to change you to a way of life

will leed your down to the devil. Where after this
life is over, you, in the currect lifestyle, are going
to be subject to endless tourment to the Devil's will.

Christianity is a splinter from Judaism. Various forms of Paganism were
around long before either.
And I want to know what passage said this about a man and woman after all the
organized church didn't not recognized marriages until the 12th century. And
you do know that the Christian Bible is only a translation from several scrolls
the originals are written in Hebrew and other then English languages.
The way I live is not alternative. Bondage and stuff is alternative. I am
the way I am, I was created the way I am, I didn't wake up one morning and
decide to be sexually difference then 90% of the Earth's population.
I don't believe in heaven or hell. I am good , clean, and wholesome as is.
I've seen Christians. They count themselves in the millions yet only about 1 in
a 1000 'live' their lifestyle 24/7. The rest go to church, pray, go home and
think nothing more about being a good citizen. Going to church is a ritual and
at least 99 of 100 people who call themselves pagan believe in what they are
doing. That they are helping the earth to be a better place.

his sisters? Because God sent Cain away and yet he found a partner. And his
decedents were cursed for 7 years for Cain killing of Able. Besides that is not
even their real names. But I don't know their Hebrew ones.
The doctors have no right to 'play God'. If God makes us all then he also
made those children born of both sexes. Hello, maybe God is trying to tell
people something here you think? I thought God has chosen the way of the child,
then when the child is born the child begins to chose on it's own.
Even if heterosexual and homosexual switched in numbers. There would still
be babies born. Even if their were ONLY homosexual. Because some people just
feel the need to have a child. But at least if the numbers were revise then
maybe the animal populations and forest would come back or at least survive the
human onslaught. I'm sure your God didn't put us here to destroy his world eh?

As far as body chemistry, are brains makes are glands produce hormones that
promote certain types of characteristics. So you are telling me if the doctors
have a child that was born with more female organ then male. They make the
child a female and then her body promotes male characteristics in her and she
feels male that she must conform to being a female even though it goes against
her bodies chemistry? Just because the doctors chose the wrong organs?
Where is it written that Jesus himself said that marriage is a union
between a man and woman? First off because the word marriage isn't 2000 years
old even. And the bible promote/allowed polygamous.
I don't feel I'm throwing my life away and I'm sorry but I just don't think
you can convince me that that is what I'm doing. And even if God is true, I can
not believe that such a loving God that the Christians portray will allow
people only because they loved other of their own sex to burn FOREVER in hell
if at all. Oh excuse me but if you think being gay is easy come trade with me
for a day and see. Being gay in a world surround by people who can't or can
barley tolerate you is not my idea of living an easy life. Being denied what
the majority are given and having to be watchful at my words so that I speak
little or nothing about my personnel life so that I would speak not lies.

BTW are you like a minister now? Or have you ever thought of becoming one?

I agree with tomboyz.
Although I am a devout Catholic myslef, I really get pissed off with all those
Jesus freaks (whatever denomination), who have no understanding for anything
not related to the Bible.

I do not believe that Jesus, someone who promoted love and was kind to
prostitutes, would harshly judge gay people. Why would Jesus be bothered by
tomboyz lifestyle? In my humble opinion Jesus is often ofended by the attitude
of intolerant Christians, who post very very long messages on Gazeta.pl (Have
mercy for someone with ADD, Mr. Jason Something. Or mayby people withh ADD go
to hell too for not having a good dose of the Bible every day?)

As for Ann Lander, I love her and would love to have her job. Looks like our
dear Ann matured quite well and at the age of 83 beceme a very cool person.

Remind your friend that all flesh is grass, and that it is the soul
that comes from God. The body is as a Beast, and is merely gross
flesh. The body is unimportant. What matters is the soul, and the
call of the soul. The soul is made by the Creator, directly, and to

qualms with changing it to bring it into congruency WITH my soul, or
acting in a manner commensurate with the calling of my soul.

I once sat down and found over 60 citations in the Bible that supported
this thesis. I found them in less than an hour, using a simple search
engine, looking up terms like "flesh", "grass", and "soul".

I think, also, that the stresses of population affect us in ways we do
not understand, simply because we have never had populations this large
before. Who is to say that God did not build a "safety valve" into our
genes that switches a percentage of our children to homosexual to cut
down on our breeding rate, once population pressure reaches a certain
level? In some creatures, the "safety valve" is to start killing each
other to restore the balance...in others, the instinct to breed simply
shuts off for a time, or is greatly reduced. But we are not simple
creatures of instinct, nor do we have sex solely for breeding...we do
it for love and for pleasure as well. The drive would be tailored to
that end. Instead, we would be driven to love, and have sex with,
those with whom progeny would not be forthcoming, regardless of how
much sex we had. It is a most effective form of self-regulating birth
control...and very likely programmed into our very genes by God.

And, then, there is the simple expedient of telling Jason to piss off
like the Bible-worshipping idolator his obviously is. The Bible is his
chosen graven image to bow down to, and he doesn't even know it. He
isn't going to be convinced, Megan. He's a fundie-mentalist, and that
means the fundies have made him mental. He has no grasp on the concept
that God didn't reach down with his Celestial Bic and write the Bible
by direct action...and nothing, not even gunpoint, is going to make him
admit that fact. He will simply not accept that MEN wrote the Bible,
men who had political and temporal reasons to state things the way they
were stated. And he is completely oblivious to the plain and simple
truth that Religion is one of the three primary methods of controlling
large masses of people

Yes, we all are ministers of God. And we are all
charged to be fishers of men, as it says in the bible.

I would not even want to trao places withy ou not even
for a minute. You have awoke one day and did make a
choice to love the same sex. And I do pitty you when

Especially, when God asks you... " why you have

this situation. but SAME-SEX relationships are not
only WRONG, but there evil and there a the work of the
Devil. If these type of people do not change there
ways and repent of there sins and live a normal
lifestyle, there can consider them selfs slave(s) of

time, in the after-life, rotting in hell , being
subject to and a captive of the Devil, in hell.

I Did Not Choose To Be This Way

My first heterosexual feelings dawned on me when I was ten years old. I had a
crush on literally the boy next door. His name was Chris, and he was in the
same grade as me. My older brother was friends with him, and when he would go
over to Chris's house to shoot hoops with him in the driveway, sometimes I
would come by just to "bug" them. We also carpooled with him along with a
number of other neighborhood kids, and Chris would make it a point loudly to
call me "worm" and "slime ball" as he sat in the back seat with my brother and
laughed. I guess he must have liked me too.

There was really nothing to be ashamed of. I was a girl who liked a boy, and he
seemed to like me back. What's more, I knew that all the other girls thought he
was cute, so there was nothing wrong with my choice. What troubled me, I think,
was the way these feelings had taken me by surprise. They sort of crept up on
me when I wasn't looking, and by the time they became so full-blown that Chris
and I were hurling abuse at each other on a regular basis, it was too late to
do anything about it.

In other words, the feelings seemed completely out of my control. For a person
like myself who dislikes being out of control, it was bewildering and downright
scary how they just invited themselves into my heart without my permission, and
then refused to go away.
