Responsibilities:

Provide daily operational support related to orders, deliveries and
claims via telephone and e-mail to a set of Channel Partners
Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to
both partners and internal colleagues
Work to avoid issues - coordinate and monitor orders and claims
using defined tools and reports
Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are
met





Our ideal candidates have the following minimum Requirements:

Fluent in English and Polish languages, written and spoken
Previous work experience in a customer facing environment
University Degree in Business or equivalent will be a plus
