Pytanie o naturalizację

Wątek ten przewija się na wielu forach. Ja jednak mam trochę inne pytanie. Ciekawa jestem, czy ktoś zna odpowiedź lub był/jest w podobnej sytuacji. Mąż po 5 latach pobytu ma automatycznie nadaną stałą rezydenturę, o którą nie musi aplikować. Ja jako żona tego statusu nie mam, ponieważ nie przepracowałam nieprzerwanie 5 lat, więc nie mogę tego udokumentować. Mąż chciałby aplikować o naturalizację. Każde z nas musi to robić na osobnym formularzu. W związku z tym nasuwa się pytanie, czy ja w ogóle mogłabym aplikować o naturalizację, jeśli nie uzyskałam statusu stałego rezydenta w pierwszej kolejności. Biorąc to pod uwagę, czy ma sens aplikowanie o potwierdzenie stałej rezydentury na formularzu EEA3? W tym formularzu można wpisać członków rodziny oraz dzieci i wtedy jak rozumiem jako żona otrzymałabym status rezydenta. Dzięki z góry za odpowiedzi.

Nie wiem czy dobrze rozumiem pytanie, ale jezeli mieszkasz w UK od pieciu lat i nie pobieralas zasilkow, to powinnas miec rowniez staly pobyt - jako osoba samowystarczalna ekonomicznie. Nie trzeba tu pracowac :)

No,nie jestem pewna jak to z ta praca jest,ale wlasnie wczoraj dostalam swoje potwierdzenie rezydentury i jak wyslalam aplikacje to po jakims czasie przyszedl list z prosba o doslanie listu od pracodawcy/pracodawcow,ze przepracowalam u niego conajmniej piec lat. Pomimo,ze wyslalam im P60 za te lata. No i od chwili urodzenia sie malego jak najbardziej pobieramy benefity-ChB i CTC-to akurat nikogo przy rezydenturze nie inetresowalo.

Permanent residence

After you have lived in the UK for a continuous period of 5 years, you can apply for confirmation of your permanent residence. You must have been in employment, in self-employment, studying or self-sufficient in the UK throughout the 5-year period.

For your residence in the UK to be considered continuous, you should not be absent from the UK for more than 6 months each year. However, longer absences for compulsory military service will not affect your residence. Additionally, a single absence of up to 12 months for important reasons such as pregnancy, childbirth, serious illness, study, vocational training or posting overseas will not affect your residence.

EEA and Swiss nationals will be issued with a document confirming that they are permanent residents in the UK. This document has no expiry date.

If you are an EEA or Swiss national and you want to apply for confirmation of your permanent residence, you must complete application form EEA3. You can download the form from the right side of this page, or use our interactive application tool to complete the form online. For your application to be accepted, you must provide a valid identity card or passport, and evidence that you have a right to permanent residence. Section 5 of the EEA3 application form contains details of the supporting evidence that you must provide.

Wystarczy czytać ze zrozumieniem. Nieprawda, że każdy musi aplikować. Może aplikować, jeśli chce dostać potwierdzenie rezydentury.
