Start Date: Jan/Feb 2006
Hours per week - 45 ( 40h paid 100%, over 40h paid 150%)
Wage - $10 per hour for first 90 days and then $10.30 for duration of
contract. This would only be adjusted if they work in a tipped position for
some reason.

Trainees will be eligible for Overtime based on business needs and skill sets

All candidates will be subject to drug screening on arrival. If they fail
they will be on the first available flight at their own expense.

Proof of not being convicted of a felony is required.
Flight will be pre-pay. Trainee will re-pay flight cost with every week
paycheck.

Culinary, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or during study in
these majors or with professional experience in Tourism, Recreation,
