· The Israeli violations of the declared cease fire on June 29, 2003
· [3] Palestinians were killed, [32] were wounded among them [13]
children and [9] critically including [6] children. [30] Palestinians were
arrested. [798] Trees were uprooted and [35] dunams were bulldozed. [28]
Houses, [19] vehicles and [16] economic establishments were destroyed or
damaged. [14] New military posts were built. Palestinian areas were shelled
[5] & bombarded [20] times.
· Jerusalem: A bunch of Jewish settlers attacked, wounded and
humiliated a number of Palestinian worshippers, vandalized properties,
closed entrances of villages and suburbs and prevented Palestinians from
being hospitalized.
· Ramallah & Al Bireh: The occupation forces stormed and searched
houses in Al Amaari refugee camp and arrested a number of Palestinians.
· Nablus: Jewish settlers, backed by the Israeli occupation forces,
continued its aggression against Palestinians and profaned Joseph’s Tomb,
opened fire at citizens in Balata refugee camp and wounding a boy and
imposed total closure on the city.
· Jenin: The occupation forces kept up military pressure on the city
and its refugee camp, stormed houses in a number of villages and arrested
four Palestinians. They also carried out census of Palestinians in
preparation for expelling them.
· Qalqilya: The occupation forces invaded the city, stormed houses,
arrested a number of Palestinians and tightened up military closure.
· Salfeet: The occupation forces, in participation of Jewish settlers,
torched more than [400] olive trees in Azzawya village and kept up military
pressure on the city.
· Hebron: The occupation forces continued to bulldoze agricultural
land to erect a permanent gate at Al Fawar-Dora junction, stormed houses and
arrested a number of Palestinians.
· Bethlehem: The occupation forces attacked Palestinians while trying
to make their way to the city’s downtown, detained tens of Palestinians and
bulldozed land to erect a new observation tower.
· Mid Region: The occupation forces arrested three Palestinians at a
military checkpoint.
· Rafah: Three Palestinians were killed, others were wounded, some
critically as the occupation forces, backed by Apaches and tanks, penetrated
into the densely populated Al Barazil suburb, opened fire at Palestinians
and prevented ambulances from reaching the scene. They also demolished ten
houses, positioned atop buildings and made them military posts. Electricity
went off.
