Comorbidity: The coexistence of two or more disease processes.

So it means the study was assessing how many people who committed suicide
suffered from migranes.

For future reference, you can figure that kind of stuff out fast by just
typing "suicide comorbidity" into google or yahoo or whatever and seeing how
it's used. Not that i mind helping
