kylie1 Re: polewa 19.06.05, 21:55 True. Doughnuts are glazed. Glaze has a thin smooth shiny coating. Doughnut glaze is made of icing sugar. Ham can be glazed too but it's a mixture of the meat sauce and cornstarch. It's also shiny in texture. But you can't put icing or frosting on the ham or any other meat.( well, I guess you can but I don't think you would like it. :) Icing/frosting is made out of confectionary sugar.And that's what goes on pastries.
