please help me!

I have no idea what to put there (maybe "on" or "for"???),and I couldn't find
it in my dictionary:
1.insert a preposition:
Have you any authority.... saying that?

2. I need to change it to reported speech:
Shall I help you?
John enquired....................

Shall I ever master English pronunciation?
Jane wondered..........................
In the second case, I think that there will be "should"... but I'm not sure:(

Are you sure about the 2nd option?
