In AE say: *food to go* (in BE: take away food - am I right?) /na wynos/
and *food to stay* (what is it in BE?) - I mean *na miejscu*.

I can't help you with British English, but in American English, fast food can
be ordered "to go" or "for here". (You'll usually hear the question, "For
here or to go?")

I've heard "to stay or to go" everywhere (for instance where pizzas were served)
in Charlottesville (VA). I was there last year, so it's quite fresh phrase.

Well, that may be what they say in Charlottesville, VA, but it doesn't mean
that it's common thoughout America.

In British English: Take away or eat in / sit it

Recently however you can come accross people saying "take out" instead of "take
away", must be the American influence. "Take away" is "proper" English though.
