In this situation it is not dictionary for "foreigners" , but for Polish
speaking individuals. So, be precise ... "For "foreigners" is , lets
      say, "babelfish" .

      Sincerely

Lepsze jest www.ling.pl - działa w obie strony, no i to jest
multisłownik (zbiór 12 słowników, a następne podobno w drodze).

I mean try www.ling.pl (sorry for posting in Polish the last time). It
is the biggest&free that I know of.
