"Talks between Tallinn airport (Estonia) and EasyJet over launching flights
between the UK and the new European Union member state have stalled over
airport fees. EasyJet has apparently demanded a fee below what management
believes is economically feasible.

"Even if we were to meet them halfway, we?d have to lower airport fees for
all other carriers," said airport marketing director Eduard Tuur. The
Estonian economy ministry is supporting management?s stance, saying its fees
rate is necessary to fund the airport?s safe running.

EasyJet is also discussing launching flights to Riga in Latvia, a new
destination announced this week by competitor Ryanair."
