co ty wyprawiasz ze strona www.polishrestaurant.com
1. We used to work as professionals in Poland. Our children had wonderful
childhood. With "Sesame Street" too. That day, beeing with my friend around
Canadian Embassy, completely coincidently I took aplication for emigration to
Canada.I did it for fun rather, than anything serious. That kind of question,
was I good enough as the professional to get the visa ? Would I meet the
criteria for getting visa? Then, it was that kind of questions I asked
myself. And it was then completely FREE!
slowko 'beeing' pisze sie 'being'
2.All my diplomas I have got from Technical University in Warsaw ( nr 1 in
ranking in Poland) were positively estimated in Canada, before getting visa.I
hoped to start working here as Chemical Engineer as soon as possible.FORGET
IT, naive woman ! Job market is tight. To say the truth, I don't have any
regrets. At least, I am known as a great cook and I enjoy running the
restaurant with my husband. That keeps us in constant state of being busy. And
we never got any professional offers. People know about our education and our
looking for some professional experience. This makes a sad side of that
story.Job market is weird here, you can meet taxi driver with MD
diploma, lawyer in variety store, housekeeper with Canadian University degree,
so ..life is life. And we try to respect the rules of life.
'estimated'? Moze 'regarded'?
3.We can't predict the future. We can't change the past. We can only try to
transform the present. We might have many goals, but changing our destiny is
impossible.Fact is that things always happen for some reason.
no shit.
4. Sometimes,my husband is joking that we are taking University of Wyandotte
(that street,we work at).We have met many people here, from around the corner
and around the world. Each one has very own life story. But the most touching
for me is seeing children on the street, in the late evening, with keys
hanging from their chests or walking with their backpacks still
on..Transformation from beeing mommy's baby to becoming the adult is more
difficult today than ever before.
'beeing'?
5. People keep talking about it. The painting. You feel like being watched by
him. This is the painting in our restaurant. Pain, suffering, determination,
hate wounds, which, even healed, they stay for ever. People say this is truth
about emotions. This is dramatic painting.
'for ever'? moze 'forever'?
6. Our great, healthy food, always fresh and with Polish taste deserve
appreciation! If you like Chopin's music and peaceful atmosphere, lots of
plants and beautiful service, that place is for you!
'Polish'? a moze 'polish'?
7. Today we were late a bit.Couldn't park , because of a PT Cruiser , which
parked in the middle of a spot, and despite our lighs flashing did not move a
bit..even.I (personally)did not enjoy it..In about 2 minutes , after opening
the store, what I see? That driver helping my husband with shopping goods!
After, he sat at the table and tordered the lunch..I felt surprised that
moment.
'lighs'? a moze 'lights'? 'torderd lunch? What the hell is that?
itd, itd.
