I am puzzled, how a person, who was an apparent failure as a scientist, and
was not so long time ago sacked by Optus because of his obvious incompetence,
could become a CEO of Telstra.

I have a first hand knowledge about how actually the testing and certification
is done at Telstra, and how products, which are of extremely low quality, pass
the tests due to endemic corruption and incompetence among the management of
Telstra.

Therefore, I initially decided to terminate the contract with Telstra Big Pond
Internet Services. However, I have decided not to cancel this service, until I
receive a proper compensation from Telstra. As you already know, I demand from
Telstra the following compensation:
For lost time: 8 hours @$110 each (GST included), which makes $ 880.
For personal abuse by Telstra staff $ 100,000.
For breach of contract $250,000.
Together my demand is $350,880.
I hope we can settle it outside the courts.
