There are suspicions that some of the former bodyguards of Jewish leader
Michel Friedman, ex-president of the European Jewish Congress and ex-vice-
president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany, were Nazi sympathizers.
The German tabloid newspaper 'Bild' reports that, during an investigation
into allegations that the bodyguards worked less hours than had been claimed,
Nazi material was found, including a homemade certificate thanking the
bodyguard 'on behalf of the Führer' [Adolf Hitler] for his services in
the 'Standard MF' - the initials of Michel Friedman ,...

Friedman (51), a lawyer and famously confrontational television talk-show host,
is one of the most threatened people in Germany, although he resigned from his
official positions in the Jewish community in 2003.
