Very simple solution

Before 90 years there was no "Jordan" and "Israel".
there were Jewish people in the mostly in the west side and
Arabic people in the west center and east.
This terytory was called "Palestyna" by the Britain.
And called "Erec Izrael" (the land of Israel) for 3000 years.
Britain divided this terytory in to 2 parts:
25% they called Palestine (west side)
75% they called "Trans Jordan" later just "Jordan" (east side)
Jordan is really a Palestinian State, 70% of the population are
Palestinians!
The smaller part of 25% (Israel-Palestine) is now shared by
the state of Israel and the Palestinian authority.
On such a small piece of land, cannot live 10 milion people.
So the solution is very simple:
In Jordan there are 70% palestinians, the rest are also Arabs.
In Israel there are 30% Palestinians.
Very simple 70% + 30% = 100%
Jordan is A Palestinian State.
There is no need for 3 Palestinian states,
One in Gaza, second in the West Bank and third in Jordan.
Just unite them around into Jordan.
In Jordan the can practice a real Arab style Democracy!

Survey: Israelis rank among world's weakest students

One-third of Israeli 15-year-olds with 9-10 years
of schooling lack basic reading skills, according
to an international survey released yesterday. It
also revealed this to be the most polarized
Western country for the gaps in reading skills and
knowledge of math and science between top students
from better off homes and weak students from the
poorer ones.

The Program for International
Student Assessment (PISA-2000)
survey on industrialized states
(OECD) was published
simultaneously in the 41
countries that took part in the
research. Israeli youngsters
scored an average grade of 453
in the reading-skills section
of the survey, positioning them

in the bottom third on the international
achievement scale, with a ranking of 30 out of
the 41 participating countries.

Finnish students ranked first, averaging a score
of 546 points. American students were also
placed in the top third of the scale.

To quantify the reading comprehension of
15-year-old students around the world, those
who conducted the survey ranked the students'
abilities according to five levels, with one
being the lowest and five being the highest.

Only four percent of Israeli students were in
the fifth level, while one-third were in the
first level or below. Almost 20 percent of
Finnish students were in the fifth level.

The PISA survey included some 300,000 students
worldwide and was based on data collected two
years ago. Dr. Bracha Karmarsky and Professor
Zmira Mevarech, the head of the Education
Department at Bar-Ilan University, were the
head researchers who interpreted the data
provided by the surveys taken by Israeli
students.

According to the two, the fifth level "comprises
students who are able to understand long and
complex texts. They have the ability to pick
out numerous snippets of information in a text,
to distinguish between the wheat and the chaff,
to distinguish between relevant and irrelevant
information, to understand the meaning of the
text and to evaluate and criticize its
contents."

Israeli students also performed poorly in the
other subjects included in the survey, and were
ranked 33rd in both math and sciences, with a
score of 433 in math, and 434 in science. The
Israeli students' achievements in reading
comprehension, math and science were the lowest
among the scores from the world's developed
countries.

The low grades in reading skills, math and
sciences may explain the Ministry of
Education's decision on Monday to set up a
panel of experts to look into the poor
results.

Some 4,500 students, a statistical
representation of the entire student
population, took part in the survey in Israel.

You surprise me beyond words of how simplistic you can be in
knowing the difference between real data and propaganda. The
fact that you cannot draw clear conclusions from even the text
you quoted is something that leaves a lot to be desired.

Now, we are not talking about the mastery of English as a
language but of facts. America being ranked third ought to have
given you a clue of how erronous that data could have been.
Secondly, you just don't Judge people by some data stuff but by
their achievement. I was filled with awe when I visited the
land of Israel on their achievements since becoming a self-
governed state. Them being the third world exporters of fresh
Organic fruits and vegetables and flowers from a Desert, these
are remarkable results which only the nethalands can compare in
technology....

Be more open minded and travel a little bit to understand the
world in a more realistic manner and not from some
propaganda....

...and by the way, Israel and the Jewish people are blessed
people, he who messes up with them messes up with God almighty
