In Poland it is said that new babies are brought by a stork. But in other countries people find their new kids in a cabbage patch :) I don't think that these toys should have a Polish name. It's a trademark, like Lego, Barbie, Transformers or Muppets. But if you like you can have a go with "kapuściane dzieci" but it doesn't really make sense as nobody says "bocianowe dzieci", right?
