              Poza tym trochę nielogicznie skonstruowane. Można się domyślić, o co chodzi, ale można także wywnioskować, że przewodnika nie było właśnie zgodnie z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami <lol>

              Może: "contrary to what the brochure said, there was no guide" or sth along those lines.

                dissatisfaction with 'A Taste of Barcelona' holiday which I took part from 1 -

                I took the holiday with my wife to celebrate our 5th wedding
                anniversary. My wife was so looking forward to it, but unfortunately the trip
                was not as relaxing and pleasant as advertised in your brochure.
                First of all the Siesta Hotel was not up to five-star standard. We were
                woken up by the sound of drilling and hammering because the hotel was opposite
                a building site. In addition our rooms were dirty – what is not acceptable. As
                if this were not enough there was no guide as promised in the brochure so we
                had to organize all tours by ourselves. To make matters worse on with 'A Taste
                of Barcelona' holiday in fact weren’t any attractions. According to your
                leaflet, there were supposed be a lot of cinemas, pubs and discos, but there
                was nothing. Finally the price was too high in proportion to your low standard
                holidays.
                You can image how disappointed I am. I expect a full refund of my money
                as soon as possible.

                  your 'A Taste of Barcelona' holiday from 3 - 11 July.
                  I took the holiday with my wife to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. My
                  wife was so looking forward to it, but unfortunately she spent most of the
                  holiday in tears.

                  My complaints fall into three main areas: the accommodation, the food and the
                  transport. Firstly, the Siesta Hotel was not up to five-star standard. We had
                  no balcony or sea view, as promised in the brochure. Also, we were woken up by
                  the sound of drilling and hammering because the hotel was opposite a building
                  site. There was no choice on the menu in the hotel and the food was mediocre.
                  Finally, the transport was unreliable throughout the holiday, from our arrival
                  (the limousine never arrived!) to our departure (the flight was delayed by two
                  hours). As result of these problems we have suffered a great deal of stress.

                  I would like you to send me a full refund for the holiday. I have enjoyed
                  dealing with your company in the past because of the helpful service and look
                  forward to hearing from you.

                  You can image how disappointed I am. I expect a full refund of my money as soon
