May I buy anywhere English version of "Dzienniki Ustaw" or should I ask for
professional translation privately?

No idea. Whenever I need one and search the Polish web there is nothing.
If you need translation give any working e-mail address of yours and an
avalanche of offers will follow ;-)

Yes, you may, if you can find them... and have enough cash.

For my knowledge, nowhere you can find "Journal of Laws" in English only.
Polish is an official language in Poland, so nobody will even try to translate
all Polish regulations into English. (note: had it been published in English in
official paper - the translation with all possible mistakes would have become
binding !). The second obstacle is cost - do you imagine how much can a good,
professional translator with legal degree charge for his work ? (Got to tune up
my vocabulary, and join this caste :o)
Only international conventions published in "Journals of Laws" have bilingual
form (i.e. Polish/English). By the way - it's a very good method to learn legal
English, especially "purely legal" expressions and syntax.
Moreover, you can sometimes come across some bilingual codes, or other laws &
        decrees of bigger importance.

Probably not, however, if you know its exact English title, then you might find
it on the web. Very few of them are there, but still, I found some. Give it a
      try then!

        Thank you for your interest.
I hope there is somewhere new "Accounting act" in English, because translation
is really too expensive for a company where I work.
I will keep looking for. Maybe the auditors have it.
