First, I'd advise you to take time and for the first time read the resolution

Second, it is not a A grade or B grade. It is pass or fail.
In 1998, according to UN documentation ( not US propaganda), Iraq had 30
thousand pieces of artilery/missiles armed with chemical and biological
agents. Where is it now? Iraq claims it doesn'h have it.
The whole thing is about disarmament and the role of inspectors is to verify
it. This requires a cooperation on the part of Iraq. Are they cooperating?
Iraq right now is in material breach. A 12 thousand pages report they submitted
is widely regarded as false.
I have nothing against Mr. Blix. Why would you call him an anti-semite?
UN is presently a toothless society. It has a great chance to become
irrelavant.
