      Try:

      linguist.emich.edu/~ask-ling - for hard-core lingustic questions and
      discussion.

Or the new forum at www.world-english.org for more everyday level
      English language stuff.

Both seem to be rather good.

As someone else stated this gazeta forum isn't a place to improve your English.
Maybe just to parade the little knowledge you have in front of people who know
      even less.

The advanced users of English are elsewhere.

        Yep! In Australia!

Living in a country doesn't make one an expert in the language. One can live in
Australia, England, the USA for years and still not get above elementary level.

Besides most Polish people living in English-speaking countries are working as
cleaners, handymen, au pairs and so on. So they aren't exposed to high level
          English!

      ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

It is clear that this forum is only for those with little English knowledge.

Yes, welcome aboard ukok - you've just added pleasantly to that.
Was it to prove anything (like little knowledge?)

You see when you start learning sth you never know everything. Some learn
        others... critisize.

I think the point has been made. This forum does stink.

And 'butterfly' learn to spell - criticize. Some people need to learn more than
          others.

Maybe this place is best for you.
