      eat your heart out!

humorous way to say something that means that you can do something better than
a person (ie, Malysz) who is famous for doing that thing (ie, ski-jumping).

I'm taking ski-jumping lessons. Adam Malysz, eat your heart out!

I don't want to sound boring, but physicly it's impossible to eat your own
heart. And what it means "out"?

          My dearest,

Absurdities are the philosophy of phrasal verbs.

Not much I can do around here but apologise!!
Due to my hectic live stuff I'm a bit mixed up.
I know I'm making a very uncomfortable sense with what I'm writting, so once
again my apology to all of you people. I just arrived from the city where
            hedonism is the law.!!
            What city is it??

"To eat one's heart out, 'to worry excessively', is a
vivid figurative description which also evokes the often
intensely physical symptoms of worry, actually predates
the English language, since it turns up in Homer's
Odyssey (about 850 BC) and in writings by Pythagoras four
hundred years later. Some proverbial sayings have a very
          long history indeed".

"eat one's heart out 1: to grieve bitterly 2: to be jealous"

In simple terms it means:I am better than you,in polish that means:wypchaj
      sie,jestem lepszy/a od ciebie.Amen,bez filozofii,filologii.

      1.Worry, feel sad:
The children are eating their hearts out over their lost
      dog.
You lost, but don't eat your heart out.
I won; eat your heart out, bozo!

      2.Be jealous:
Look guys, these two Ferraris are mine. Eat your hearts out!
