I'm having some shanks for sunday's dinner. I usually serve them with bread

Gee, pork shanks! I haven't seen any since I left to California. Even forget
how it looks like. Handsome, I suppose.))

Lamb shank is delicate and juicy. Excellent with great deal of garlic, of
course.
Just try. You'll love it.
Yes, you can get it at any grocery, as frozen or fresh one.
First time I've had this dish at fine Persian restaurant, since I made it by
myself.
Pretty easy.

Pork shanks are available from the german, polish or even jugoslavian butcher.
However, germam butchers tend to charge twice a price. I don't know why.
