“1. I am not at Poland, but in other EU country. I do not have a phone there,
so I cannot be contacted by a phone.
2. Therefore I request that such a hearing will take place in Europe, for
example in London, UK or in other European location. I expect the Commission
to pay my airfares and accommodation, as otherwise the NATURAL JUSTICE, and
especially the principle of AUDI ALTERAM PARTEM will of fenced .
3. Demanding such a security is contrary to the spirit of the Australian
Constitution and generally against the basic principles of JUSTICE, and is
also an attempt to deny me my basic HUMAN RIGHTS, such a right to appeal in a
court. Therefore I will make a formal complaint to High Commissioner of Human
Rights regarding unlawful and discriminatory behaviour of the AIRC, and
especially Senior Deputy President Lacy for an attempt to deny me my basic
human rights. ”
