Fonetyka

Could anyone advice me some book to study phonetics in Polish?
I study English in The Netherlands and sometimes it is quite difficult to
understand certain things as they are based on comparison of Dutch sounds
with English.

The only book that comes to my mind is Wymowa angielska dla wszystkich by
Bronisława Bałutowa.

You could try an English handbook - with no comparison to Dutch pronunciation.

A.C.Gimson, An Introduction to the Pronunciation of English, Edward Arnold

Peter A.D. MacCarthy, English Pronunciation, - a very well-known book on
phonetics, written in simple English

Bałutowa

is not so much 'bad' as terribly, terribly outdated (but I lkie her very
earnest style :)). Get Roach or Gimson or 'How now brown cow' for practice.
