What does it mean in English CV :

"Driving Licence: Full, clean "

In many countries there is a graduated licensing system. A beginner may be
restricted to driving only during daylight hours or not permitted on the
expressway.

So full means no restrictions. This generally means cars or small trucks only,
not transports or buses.

Clean refers to the drivers record....no accidents.
