It could be cool in the sense of fashionable, although that seems less likely. I get the feeling of things that are light in colour (and for clothes in weight), neatly arranged and not creased. White will often be predominant. I found the statement "linen is crisp and cool" in an advert for a white shirt and there is a "stylish modern minimalist" one bedroom apartment in Nice which is described as crisp and cool, reflecting its very clean, uncluttered white interior decoration and furniture.
