My lawn mower took a shit on me last spring. It's the third mower that's done that since I bought this dump about fifteen years ago. I've decided not to by another lawn mower. I've decided to use my neighbor's lawn mower. Every weekend I go into his back yard and help myself to his lawn mower so I can cut my grass. So last weekend he tells me I need to buy my own lawn mower. I says to him this is my lawn mower. He says no that is my mower. So I lay this logic on his ass. As a school teacher being paid with my tax dollars I believe you bought this mower with my money so technically this is our lawn mower and today I'm using it to mow my grass. He looked at me and said make sure you fill our tank before you put it back.

Yeah, very funny story. But what's a point you've tried to make? Besides of the funny part the logic of argument is very weak. Lets say you have a gardener and you pay him $50k per year. After some time he buys a car. Based on your story the car is yours... which is a BS.
