Wszystko zależy od kontekstu... od tego co chcesz przez to powiedzieć...

Jeśli marzysz o podróży do Rzymu i nie wyobrażasz jej sobie bez wrzucania monet
do fontann... - 'wouldn't be completeted'

A jeśli sięgasz w przeszłość i myślisz o tym, że jakaś Twoja podróż kiedyś tam
nie miałaby kompletnie sensu gdybyś nie wrzucał monet do fontann to używasz -
- 'wouldn't have been'...

Myślę, iż tak to w dużym uproszczeniu można przedstawić...

There is a difference between 'wouldn't have been completed' and 'wouldn't have
been complete'. I think the second version is the one you want. You would have
completed the journey regardless whether you did or did not see the Trevi
Fountain. The experience, however, wouldn't have been complete without it.
