How about, I graduated from S. Batory High School, in 2004, plain and simple.
Don't try to make high school seem like some great academic institution. Wait
until you finish university, then you can brag. Even then..........

Where are you applying to?

If its England, then don't mention "preparatory high schools" or prep schools or whatever, because nobody in Britain will know what the hell you are talking about.
-I attended Batory High School, Warsaw. In 2004 I did the Polish equivalent of A-levels in [list your main subjects].

Nobody cares whether its May, June or whenever. Also, if you want to stress the elitist character of the school you may want to call it "Batory grammar school". Trust me, that sounds a lot better in England than "high school".

Na kontynencie polnocnoamerykanskim szkola podstawowa to elementary school.
Nigdy nie spotkalam sie z okresleniem: grammar school. To chyba nie ten
angielski!
