I rear the opinion from one of our posters that its easy to pick up english
language singing the Beatless.
I believe that it's a "Long and windy road" trying to learn english that way?
Why? Because Pop songs are full of traps.
As a matter of fact I'm still not sure if it should be "windy" or "wandy"
(from word; "wander")
Also I been Elvis Presley fans since I don't know when, and after 10 years of
living in the US, when I was driving my car once and listening to "Suspicious
minds it finally was clear to me that he says" that it is "I'll dry tears
from your eyes"...and before that I always wondered how in the world can
you "Cry tears from your eyes"
Those are one of those traps second language english speakers face. I you're
tought that you "Wipe tears off" not "dry them" ..it's kind of hard to make a
conection.
that will lead to your door ..(or fluency in english) ha ha...
Mowiac o nauce anglielskiego i piosenkach angielskojezycznych, nie jestem
pewien to ma byc "windy" czy "wandy" od slowa (wander) krety, wyboisty,
zagubiona..
Z tymi piosenkami rockowymi moze byc roznie, naprzyklad ja mieszkalem w USA
wiecej niz dekade, sluchajac Elvisa Presley'a i "Suspicious minds"
zanim "odkrylem" pewnego razu jadac samochodem ze "I'll ....dry tears from
your
eyes" BINGO!! DRY... TEARS!!!. Do tej pory cos mi w tej piosence nie
pasowalo; jak mozna "cry tears from your eyes"?
Wydaje sie to proste, ale jesli nas uczono ze lzy sie wyciera a nie "sluszy"
to
moze byc trudne do wychwycenia ...
