In the Nort West you will be asked "Eat in or take away?". I have never
heard "For here?". Mind you, I have never been to Canada.

as ontarian has said, whether it's good or bad English, that's how we say it up
here (Canada): "for here" and "to go". From BC and Alberta all the way to ON
and QC, and -apparently- in Nunavut:)
Storefronts -as someone's already said- say: "Eat in" and "Take out".
