    For all I know Sita Learning System has to teach you when you're relaxed. There
    is special device to help you reach this state in which you are to learn way
    faster than any other way. That's their theory. Does it work? I dunno. :)

      Apparently it's really good if you want to go to sleep. You stick some
      headphones on and listen to someone mumbling and then wake up a couple of
      hours later.

        I agree with AliG. It is wanderfull for good sleeping. I think that is for
