    What does this sentence mean?

        sooner or later you'll pay for it one way or another, ie. come and help us
        with ....something FREE LUNCH (free? how much money is 1 hour of your time
        worth?)
        or
        the actual price for the freebee is included in whathever you are paying for

        ie. hotel with continental breakfast (so , do you think the manager is every
        day buing fresh bagels from his/her pocket?)
        nope, it is YOUR money for the hotel

        There is no such thing as a free lunch, ie if someone takes you out to lunch,
        they will more likely than not, expect something in return. There is nothing
        for nothing; everything has a price.
