      Your phrase should be:

      "are you do Speak england"

Why? Because verbs are always capitalized.

Well, if the verbs, as you quite rightly Point out, Should always Be in
capitals, then the correct sentence Is:

'Are you Do Speak eng Land' Hmm?

I Thank you for your input. To Clarify things,
only the "main" verbs Are capitalized,
          "auxilliary" verbs Aren't.

Also, verbs that Are parts of nouns (or names)
Are in lower case letters. Hence, we Spell england,
          not engLand.

...but there Are exceptions, such as
Canada (Spelled with big "C" because of the
verb "Can") or America (because of the verb Am)

Thank you very much for incisive yet clear explanations. Now, it's clear to me
why one writes - and says - Landrover but not engLand. I must admit, anything
to do with grammar was enough for me to take detour. Anyway, your
              contributions are most appreciated!!!

I Am glad that I could Be of assistance.

Perhaps you should Rethink your spelling of "Landrover".
Are you sure that it Is consistent with the rules?

maybe i'm missing something in this conversation but i believe the phrase "are
you do speak england" can be broken into two phrases that make more sense. for
example, "do you speak english?" and "are you from england?".
