INTRODUCTION
The objective of this report is to assess the new Fontana's Pizza House in
Sunford, which I visited on 1st of December.

FOOD and Prices
the menu at the Fontana's Pizza House is rather boring. They have only 5
kinds of pizza, but all pizzas were very tasty and they weren't expensive.

SERVICE
On one hand service was very slow, I waited for my pizza 25 minutes, but on
the other hand the staff were very friendly. Even though my guest and I
asked a lot of questions, our waiter remained polite and patiently explained
many dishes to us.

Atmosphere
Music was played very loud. I didn't hear what the waiter was saying to me.
The tables were clean and the furnishings were very modern. This helped to
give the Fontana's Pizza House a good, and relaxing atmosphere.

CONCLUSION
Fontana's Pizza House is a new restaurant. I think that they should change
many things. I have some advice to the manager. Firstly, he should add some
differe dishes to menu. This will give the customers some choise. Secondly,
he should train staff to work faster. Not all customers have much time.
Finally, they should play quieter music. When the music play very loud
people don't feel good atmosphere. Although this all bad points, I think
that the Fontana's Pizza House is nice place to dine.

Instead of "They have only 5 kinds of pizza..." you could write:

"There are only five kinds of pizza on the menu..."

CONCLUSION

F'sPH is a new retaurant. However, I think that many things ought to be
changed. (...) Firstly, he should add some different dishes to the menu, other
than pizza,(OR BETTER: Firstly, some different dishes, other than pizza, should
be added to the menu)

This would give the customer some CHOICE.

The staff should be trained to work faster - not all customers have that much
time.

Finally, the music should be softer/ turned down a bit. Too loud music
disturbs the customers.

Despite some negative points, I think that...
