For our client, a big IT company we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of:

SAP Basis Senior Consultant
Location: Poznań, Wielkopolskie
(ref. no.: SAPBAS/05/2012)

Job purpose:
To provide SAP Basis support to the client’s user community and the underlying business processes in use. To work closely with other colleagues on the SAP support team as well as the users, support manager and service delivery managers to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and new requirements are communicated and managed effectively through to completion.

Requirements/Knowledge Skills:
• At least 5 years working experience in consulting and support for SAP Basis experience for several years in SAP Basis (Migration, Upgrade, Installation)
• Good knowledge at least in one Database (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, MaxDB)
• Good knowledge at least in one operating system (Windows, AIX,Linux)
• Technical Skills: Network (IPv4, IPv6, Internetservices); Storage (IBM XIV), Virtualisation (VMWare); Hardware (IBM , X-Series, P Series)
• ITIL Know-how and experiens in Managed Service is a plus
• Softskills: custommer focussed, teamplayer, communicative, interested in new subjects, able to work under pressure, reliable
• Fluent German language skills (English is a plus)
