I need some help.

My problem is that I don't understand spoken English. I can't differentiate
words and recognize them; moreover I'm unable to say what is for example the
time of the uttered verb. It's strange, because I'm intermediate and I can
read every text very often without the dictionary, in writing I'm average,
though. My teacher can't deal with my problem, although he used to try. The
strangest thing is that I speak English good enough. But I extraordinarily
rarely know, what has been spoken. What can I to do? I do my best listening
english broadcasts, but it is a some kind of mutter for me.

just do it :o)
go out and talk to people. your english is great, but it's nothing like the
spoken language.

Do tanga trzeba dwojga. do konwersacji też. Ja wiem, co mówię, ale nie wiem, co
do mnie mówią. Zgaduje tylko na wyczucie fifty fifty.

I guess you are referring to the tense of verbs, not "time".

The best thing you could do is to watch lots of movies - without subtitles. It
worked for me. If you can't understand what's going on after the first
watching, do it again and again and again... If it doesn't work, try to turn
the subtitles on and watch the movie, then do it again without subtitles.

Tak właśnie czynię, filmy ogladam jednoczesnieze screenplayem po angielsku. Ale
od roku cotygfodniowej takiej praktyki rezultatów nie ma prawie żadnych. gdy
wyłączę tekst, to już wyłącza mi się rozumienie słów i co prawda pamiętam, o co
chodzi, ale nie potrafie przypisać tego, co słyszę do jakichś znanych zwrotów
czy słów.

I can tell you what I did to learn how to understand spoken English... I used
to write down the words of songs. I stopped the tape and listened again, until
I understood every single word. You can also record broadcasts and do the same
with them.

To działa, tylko gdy znam piosenkę na pamięć. Wtedy coś mi tam w głowie dzwoni.
Ale te same zwroty wypowiedziane w rozmowie są dla mnie zupełnie obce. Innymi
słowy zaśpiewane w znanej piosence "Quicker than a ray of light" rozumiem, bo
znam na pamięć, ale słyszę to jako "Quickerthanarayoflight". To samo
powiedziane w rozmowie to jest dla mnie jakieś "kłikerdana reje flajt" i ja nie
wiem, czy chodzi o light, flight, czy cokolwiek innego:( Nie odróżniam w
ogóle 'd, 'll, 've w I've, you'll, he'd. To naprawdę absurdalne i mój lektor
też już nie wie, co robić, bo to on zalecił mi filmy, radio i piosenki. Na
testach ze słuchanek zawsze mam 0 albo 1 punkt, bo skreślam na chybił trafił. I
całe szczęście że ze wszystkich pisemnych i gramatycznych mam maksymalne, bo
byłoby kiepsko:(
