Od wczoraj Marta ma podawane Antyneoplastony, jest przez cały czas pod
obserwacją dwóch lekarzy, neurologa i pediatry. Żona Stanisława Burzyńskiego
codziennie dowozi Martusię z mamą do Kliniki prywatnym samochodem, o takiej
atmosferze i opiece możemy tylko pomarzyć w polskich szpitalach.
Wszyscy pacjenci mają bardzo dobre zdanie o Klinice.
Dodałem 2 część artykułu z gazety "FAKTY", zapraszam do przeczytania.
Dziękujemy także za wiele miłych wpisów w Księdze gości, bardzo podtrzymują nas
na duchu.

Minęły 3 tygodnie pobytu w Klinice które były potrzebne na to aby dziewczyny
(Ada z Kasią) zapoznały się z obsługą pompy, dawkowaniem leków i pielęgnacją
cewnika, więc mogły opuścić klinikę. Mieszkają teraz u naszej wspaniałej
rodziny w Forked River. (Dziekujemy Ci Kasiu i Dawidzie, bez Was byłoby bardzo
ciężko).
Tu na miejscu mają swojego lekarza, który jest przygotowany do nadzorowania
Martusi, to on prowadzi dalsze leczenie pod kierunkiem doktora Burzyńskiego i
jest w stałym kontakcie z kliniką w Houston. Lekarz ten kontroluje stan zdrowia
małej, wysyła zamówienie na leki. Codziennie około 9:00 rano dzwoni
pielęgniarka z kliniki, zadaje mnóstwo pytań odnośnie samopoczucia małej. Co
drugi dzień dzwoni lekarz prowadzący Martusię z Houston, informuje ich o
wynikach badań i zleca odpowiednią dawkę leku, którą mają podać. W razie
wątpliwości mają stały kontakt z lekarzem i pielęgniarką w Klinice przez 24
godz na dobę.
Martunia czuje się dobrze, tęskni za tatą, rodziną, przyjaciółmi i szkołą.
Przytyła 5 kilo. Bardzo chciałaby wrócić, ale na razie jest to niemożliwe.

Przesyłka przychodzi z Kliniki w Houston, to oni dbają aby niczego nie
zabrakło. Ada nie musi się martwć, ani biegać po aptekach. Co kilka dni dzwoni
pielęgniarka odpowiedzialna za zaopatrzenie w leki i inny sprzęt, robi remanent
i potrzebne rzeczy są dostarczane na czas. Jak widać tamci lekarze bardzo dbają
o pacjenta i ułatwiają mu leczenie.

Mineły kolejne 2 tygodnie, wypełnione badaniami i wyjazdami do szpitala. Opieki
medycznej wymaga bowiem nie tylko Marta, ale i jej mama. Pojawiły się również
drobne problemy z drogą dożylną, przez którą podawany jest lek. Aby odetkać tak
zwany port lekarze pogotowia potrzebowali informacji o jego pojemności.
Niestety nie udało nam się otrzymać tej informacji od lekarzy w Polsce.
Usłyszeliśmy tylko odpowiedź: "Czy pani wie, że jest 4 rano?!. Proszę zadzwonić
za dwa dni o 9:00".
Marta osiągnęła już ostateczną dawkę leku i toleruje go całkiem dobrze. Z
niecierpliwością czekamy na analizę rezonansu magnetycznego. W przerwach między
jedną a drugą kroplówką Martusia nadrabia zaległości w nauce. Jej ulubionym
zajęciem jest karmienie kaczuszek, które pływają obok domu Kasi i Dawida.
Często zanosi także jedzenie bezdomnym kotom. Codziennie wchodzimy na naszą
stronę internetową i cieszymy się, że tyle osób jest z nami. Wszystkim
serdecznie dziękujemy.

health care. If you don't work like most Americans (over 90% of them) where
your employer will provide you with sufficient health insurance, you certainly
can use medi care and county hospitals. And yes not only is it free but it is
also one of the most advanced (scientifically and technologically) systems in
the world. Even for the illegals in this country, local health care system has
much more to offer than their native country's counterpart, which we can see in
the following example:

The only other countries that I can see the US exchanging their medical and
social advancements with are Canada and Australia and of course the civilized
countries of Western Europe. I would kindly ask the residents of Poland to fix
their own sh.t first.

And my point was "what 45 million without any health care". Everyone in the
States has access to health care even the illegals. You don't necessarily need
a health insurance. And the funny part is that medi care (free health care) in
the US is much more advanced than private health care in Poland.

Nie kompromituj sie. Mieszkam w Ameryce Polnocnej i dobrze wiem ze Amerykanie
maja wieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelki problem z health care. Jak ktos ogladal kampanie
wyborcza Busha to wie, ze byl bardzo mocno atakowany jesli chodzi o health care.
Wszyscy tu wiedza ze Amerykanie moga wszystko - nawet zaatakowac niewinny kraj,
ale nie moga zrobic tego zeby KAZDY Amerykanski obywatel mial dostep do opieki
lekarskiej. Nie wierzcie Iwwonce, to nie prawda co ona mowi. USA ma OGROMNY

Jak kobieta rodzi dziecko a nie ma ubezpieczenia, to musi zaplacic za porod
kilka tysiecy dolarow. Moja kuzynka w USA, pojechala w ciazy urodzic do Polski,

Tak Amerykanie maja problem z health care jak sie ich porowna do kanadyjskiego

Ale nie rownaj czlowieku Ameryki i Polski z opieka zdrowotna. Jak nie wierzysz
to zajzyj na forum ciaza i porod. Co drugi post - Ile za polozna? Ile kosztuje
dobry lekarz? Czy do porodu wynajmowac polozna czy lekarza? hehehehe. Mowilam
juz rece uczysz myc a ci z dreku ledwo uszy widac.

I'll be honest. I moved to the States from Canada some time ago. We are self-
employed and don't have any health insurance. We do have a family doctor that I
have to see at least once a month because of my chronic illness, our kids have
been hospitalized and I have been to the ER several times. All of those times
we've been able to pay for all the procedures. If you work, and more than 90%
of Americans do, you'll be fine. And what if one day we find ourselves without
work and means to pay for medical services. Well then we'll be happy to use
medicaid and other food stamps hehehe. If we had a problem with the American
way we'd be on our way back to Canada right now. And I don't see that happening
any time soon, not because of "free" health care anyways, so zip it.

what is even more interesting to me than the woefull state of public health in
the USA and the social philosphy that underlies it, is the BIZZARE, knee-jerk
tendency of some old school polonusy and polacks to resort to sneering sarcasm
and ad holmium attacks in response to the slightest criticism of the United
States. The entire notion of "antiamericanism", that is labeling any criticism
whatsoever as simply hatred of the united states, appears to be paralleled in
history only by the notion of "antisovietism". This is how you marginalize,
intimidate and silence critics without having to bother to actually address the
issues they raise. You just call them a "commie" or a "reactionary" and move on
with your fundamentalist, ideological certainty intact.

If someone talks about social problems in Poland, do people call them anti-
