      > "Kawa lodowa"

iced coffee - simply served with ice cubes. The one I like the most (at
starbucks) is called Frappucino. It's a strong espresso coffee served with
      crushed ice.

      > "Napój czekoladowy"

      a chocolate drink

      > "Czekolada "gorące wspomnienie"

"Fond Memories" chocolate. I suppose you can go with "Hot Memories". It sounds
a little odd to me but it's word for word.

      > "Herbata z konfiturą"

"tea with marmalade" (if you are actually scooping fresh marmalade into).

      or

"marmalade tea" if the tea comes in marmalade flavor.

      :)

You are welcome. As long as it's not too complicated, I hope I can help. :)

So what about "kawa mrożona"? Could it be "frozen coffee"?

And how to say that in restaurant You can drink not only black tee, but also
            peach, strawberry, lyiche etc...
            • kylie1 Re: Tłumaczenie 19.06.05, 23:16
There are all kinds of frozen coffees too. The difference is in the recipe.
Instead of throwing in crushed or cubed ice right into the coffee, you freeze
the liquified coffee in an ice cube tray ( whatever flavor you choose) and then
you crush that in a blender and serve it with whatever you like: whipped cream,
              cinnammon, honey, etc.

There is usually regular black tea ( Red Rose, Orange Pekoe, Earl Grey, etc)
              and fruit flavored teas.

              :))

        No, not "marmolade"; preserves.

          > No, not "marmolade";preserves

          marmalade, not marmolade

=>No, not "marmolade"; marmalade => no, not marmalade; preserves

(or marmelade if you prefer the original portuguese which spread to other
languages - portuguese marmelade was a quince jam rather than orange/lemon
marmolade, sorry, marmalade, sorry, preserve we are familiar with, unless I'm
cofusing it with confiture, of course)

          :))

Sorry, ampolion, just celebrating the end of report writing which kept me
chained to the computer in this tropical weather we're having here.

so you would call it a "preserves tea"???
I think you would raise an eyebrow or two...:)
          • ampolion Re: Tłumaczenie 20.06.05, 05:24
Tea with preserves. Russian standard so named in English.
    • deadeasy kawa lodowa 20.06.05, 02:35
"iced coffee" - kawa wymieszana z kostkami lodu
"cafe frappe" - tradycyjnie: kawa z zimna woda zmiksowana na niemal piane; tez:
      wymieszana z lodami

ponizej (jedna linia) znajdziesz opisy roznych sposobow podawania kawy, moze
      cos dopasujesz:

      ________________

herbata z konfitura - wychodzi mi "black tea with marmalade" (Ang. po
prostu "tea" jest zawsze z mlekiem)
