Well, ask English kids what is it that they wipe away from their
eyes in the morning and hear them say: 'sleepers'. No, not the
pyjamas jammed between their eyelashes, not the misspelled and oddly
displaced footwear, not their daddies on gardening leave from MF1
and not the railtrack support thingies either. Just the soggy-
before-crustified matter resting in the corner of one's eye upon
awakening.
There might as well be another term to describe them but 'sleepers'
are just fine. Simple as apples cum oranges.
