is it correct to use a word 'wroclawian' with reference to sth connected to the city of Wroclaw or sth that originate from Wroclaw (e.g. wroclawian band = a band from Wroclaw, wroclawian bread etc.)?

Or: how to write 'the miraculous healing of the songster named Balzer from Wroclaw'.
Is 'the miraculous healing of the songster Balzer from Wroclaw' ok?
Or 'the miraculous healing of the Wroclaw's songster named Balzer' ?

Webster gives "Wroclaw" and "Breslau" as the adjectives, so "Wroclaw
songster"= piosenkarz wrocławksi.

You can say:
'The miraculous healing of the songster,named Balzer, from Wroclaw.'
'The miraculous healing of the songster,Balzer, from Wroclaw'
Or 'The miraculous healing of the Wroclawsian songster,Balzer'

'Wroclawian' (with a big 'W') or 'from Wroclaw' would be best for me. I find
'songster' unusual - it means 'one that sings with skill' and sounds a bit arty.
Unless you mean to emphasise that he is something more than a normal singer, I
would just use that word ie 'singer'.
