Hi-
Could you tell me if in Poland you can throw out a broken tv with
the regular trash or do you have to arrange disposal? I live in an
apt building.

As far as I know you cannot dispose of it with regular trash.
In some cities there are certain places where they collect broken tv
sets, used batteries etc., but I do not know where they are and how
they are called :)
